Whether you’re navigating change, moving through perimenopause, approaching it, or beyond it - or simply curious and in need of a reset - this is a space for learning, sharing, and asking the questions that don’t always get asked. Nothing is off-limits. Nothing needs to be figured out before you arrive. This is just women, taking up space together.


In a world that often asks us to push through, this is an invitation to do the opposite. To listen more closely. To move more gently. To begin understanding your body not as something to manage, but something to work with - and to remember that you’re not doing any of it alone. Together, we’ll explore breathwork and pranayama to regulate your nervous system, a slow, nourishing flow designed with the female body at its center, and an honest conversation about how hormones shift across the lifespan - what that means for your energy, your practice, and your everyday experience of being in your body. We close with restorative yoga and journaling prompts that invite reflection without pressure.

Whether you're newer to yoga, have been practicing for years, or are a teacher looking to deepen your own understanding, this workshop will meet you where you are and give you options that actually work for your body.

We'll take a proper look at chaturanga - what it is, what it isn't, and why it's so often the source of strain and injury when done on autopilot. From there, we'll explore the full range of options available to you. We'll cover alignment, common mistakes, conditioning cues, and how to adapt and modify without needing constant instruction or trying to keep up with the room. So, the next time someone calls a vinyasa, you'll know exactly what your body needs and how to get there. This isn't about doing more. It's about doing it smarter.

If you've ever heard "take a vinyasa" and... done something that looks about right - you're not alone. Most people are never actually taught what's happening in that transition, or how to make it work for their body. And in a class environment, there's rarely time to stop and figure it out. This is not a "nail your headstand today" workshop. It's the work that makes everything after it possible - and it's meant to be fun!

We'll explore headstand and the options available to get there safely. We'll look at forearm conditioning work that builds the foundation your inversions need, and some playful wall work with handstand. Throughout, we'll talk honestly about fear - what it is, why it shows up, and how to work with it rather than against it. Alignment first, depth later. Always.

Inversions are one of the most exciting and most misunderstood areas of a yoga practice. For many of us, they sit somewhere between "maybe one day" and "absolutely not" - and the missing piece is rarely strength. It's preparation, alignment, and, honestly, the mental game of learning to trust yourself upside down. This 2-hour lab breaks it all down properly.

Remember when you were a kid and throwing yourself against a wall to do a handstand was just... fun? No hesitation, no second-guessing, no fear of what happened if you didn't quite make it. Somewhere along the way, most of us lost that. This lab is about finding it again - with a little more awareness and a lot less ego than your seven-year-old self had.
